Food is good especially their ragi and benne dosa. Staff service is variable. no where it’s mentioned that it’s self service so it looks awkward that the staff especially one at the cash counter( Suvrodip) today makes the customer stand up from their seat to receive the order . No where it’s mentioned that it’s self service. I tried to point it out to Suvrodip but instead he asked me to post it on Google so I am doing the same. However the chef is wonderful.

Every bite was bursting with flavor and freshness. The chutneys added that perfect tangy and spicy balance, making the meal truly irresistible. The service was impressively quick, and my order was prepared and delivered with care. I really appreciate how well-organized and efficient the team was — no delays, no confusion, just smooth and prompt service. A special mention goes to the staff at the Paddapukur outlet — they were extremely polite, helpful, and professional. Their friendly attitude made the experience even better. It’s rare to find such warmth and dedication in service these days! Overall, Idlygo Express has definitely won my heart with their excellent staff behaviour, mouth-watering food, and quick service. I’ll definitely be ordering again soon!
